I feel we are at that time, the time, when crucial and necessary actions must be taken-to stop global warming, to end war in Ukraine, to end war, to move away from fossil fuels (Russia ain't shit without natural gas), to save democracy, to stop the banning of books and the fine tuning of history, to create something better for the future generations, to plant many trees of many kinds whose shade we shall not enjoy. I freely admit one of the many considerations and thoughts that went into my ultimate no decision-no to children, was that the planet is screwed and I have yet to be impressed by any government's action to face the facts of climate change and let's not talk about the various meetings over the years Kyoto, Paris, Glasgow, where the whole lot of them were supposed to make some hard decisions and lead and jaysus it never happened.  So how could I bring a child onto a dying planet? Raise them, do all that, and then say sorry about the mess we've made, I'm going to be gone before it gets really bad and peace out.

Yes so individual action. But while recycling and composting and minimizing waste and reusing is all fabulous me recycling ain't going to do shit if we keep building gas and oil pipelines like they are renewable sources of energy that are not going to dry up within the next century.  Use this instance to hobble Russia, actively invest funds in building renewable energy sources and thus freedom from Russia.

 Yeah, no. Far from alright. The world's a mess, so many people are going to die this winter, a combo of flu and COVID-19, I'm just saying have your funeral garb ready. 

Someone on the BBC World said I am tired of the stupidity pandemic and same. 

Wear a fucking mask. No mr trump you are not immune. A 25 yr old male from Seattle with no underlying conditions was infected and then he was re-infected, the 2nd time, the infection was worse and he had to be hospitalized. Herd immunity does not work in this case. Even an effective vaccine, but one that roughly a third of Americans said they would not get because anti-vaxx......I mean how do you win? How do you move forward? One company has already had to stop their vaccine trials because of an "unexpected illness in a participant: (Johnson & Johnson, 60,000 person trial, good luck investigative journalists). 

I work in a nursing home and my residents have a hard time understanding me. So I turn up the volume. But then I feel I'm shouting and I hate shouting unless it is warranted (yes, you, are going to get an earful) and I get frustrated and so I end up shouting and sounding mean to an elder (I do not care, tho many are younger than my parents which really yeah) through a stupid face shield and a mask. Of course they do not understand they can only maybe see my eyes.  

I wish I could say it was alrite. That finally in 2020 we'd evolved more. Figured out climate change. Realized 'socialism,' was not a dirty word. Or what did they call themselves in Germany, the Christian Democrats. There is a way to profit, but not profit off the sufferings of others.
